About the Role
NEXT Electric, LLC seeking full-time Commercial Electrical Foreman in Madison, Wisconsin. Supervises and coordinates
activities of assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements. Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders as
needed for area of supervision. Confirms completion & documentation of project Daily/Weekly/Monthly safety activities
reporting. Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications. Interprets company
policies to workers enforcing safety regulations, and proper care for tools and equipment. Complies with all company and
customer safety policies and procedures. 6-10 years recent commercial electrical or related experience ~3 years
