About the Role
Role and Responsibilities The Welder’s responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, Understand the safety
features of the machines and tooling to ensure they are operating without compromise to safety systems. Follows safety
protocol, including wearing heat resistant gloves, flame resistant (FR) clothing, protective masks, and safety toed
footwear. Plans details of work order procedures; gathers required tools and materials based on instructions and
specifications provided for the job. Assesses equipment, structures, materials, and job specifications for appropriate
welding positions and methods. Ability to perform MIG welding activities to steel components. Maintain welding fixtures
