About the Role
Nature of Work The Transportation Building and Grounds Maintenance Worker 2 will report to the Maintenance Office at the
District Headquarters. This position performs a variety of skilled and semiskilled work at the full performance level in
the building trades in connection with the maintenance and repair of Transportations' facilities, buildings and grounds.
Work assignments usually require skill in and knowledge of maintenance and repair methods and practices in several
building maintenance trades. Performs related work as required. ~ Dependent upon the posting: Specific positions may
require certification from a federal EPA approved testing organization, as a certified technician, required by the Clean
