Driver Recruiter Location: On Site in Mobile, AL We are seeking a driven and resourceful Driver Recruiter to lead
recruiting efforts for independent contractors, owner operators, subhaulers, and small trucking companies . This role
plays a key part in building a reliable pipeline of qualified driving partners to support ongoing operational growth.
This is a 6–9 month contract opportunity , with strong potential to convert to a full-time position based on performance
and business needs. This position is fully on-site and requires a hands-on, proactive recruiting approach. Execute
full-cycle recruiting activities from sourcing through onboarding Identify, attract, and engage independent contractors,
