About the Role
Our dispatchers are critical to the operations of our business. They are the lifeline between the client and our bus
operators. Your ability to assess and respond with an immediate solution helps maintain on time service and delivery
Communicates information to drivers concerning in-service mechanical failures, accidents, passenger incidents and all
other schedule interruptions; Coordinates and verifies daily assignment of operators for regular shift replacement or
re-assignment, ensuring each run has a driver assigned and the run pulls on time. Dispatches drivers using information
provided by the clients through the reservation department and the online reservation application. Discuss with the
