About the Role
Job Overview Based in Des Moines, Iowa, our fleet maintenance and repair facility is a 24/7 operation. Our team performs
complete maintenance services for our fleet of over 200 trucks (90% diesel) and over 200 refrigerated trailers. Job
Responsibilities Extensive knowledge of diesel motors and all systems (powertrain, electrical, suspension, exhaust, body
work, tires, etc.) to properly diagnose and repair and assist our fleet drivers. Strong HVAC knowledge – must have CFC
certification. Team members are required to have (or acquire within 45 days) a Class A CDL and legally maintain it.
Knowledge of DOT regulations – keep our trucks and trailers safe on the road. Must have formal training, certifications
