a crew that's serious about quality, paychecks, and safety. One-year certificate from a technical school, or 3 years of

welding experience/training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Welding certification preferred.

Strong attention to detail, quality, and precision in weld work. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, procedures,
