Tig Welder
About the Role
TIG Welder Join a small, clean, and organized job shop as a TIG Welder on a steady first shift schedule. You will
primarily perform high-quality TIG welding on aluminum parts, with occasional work on steel and minimal MIG welding. In
addition to welding, you will support general fabrication tasks to help ensure parts meet quality standards and customer
expectations. Perform TIG welding on aluminum parts as the primary responsibility, ensuring strong, clean, and precise
welds. Occasionally perform TIG and MIG welding on steel parts as needed. Interpret and work from blueprints to complete
welds and fabrication tasks accurately. Grind and deburr parts to remove imperfections and prepare components for final
