About the Role

Welder Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring welders for a leading company located in McGregor, MN. If you enjoy a

fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. What you'll do as a

welder: Set up equipment, prepare surfaces to be welded, and weld parts Use hand tools such as grinders, portable spot

welder, hammers, screw drivers, vise clamps, fixtures and jigs, etc. Read and layout parts to complex prints, and plan

details of working procedure What you need to bring to the welder role: ~ 2+ years of MIG/TIG experience and ability to

pass internal welding test ~ Working knowledge of the principles and methods of welding ~ Skill in operation of welding
