maintaining, under the direction of the Manhattan Management staff, the overall appearance and cleanliness of the
Manhattan residential properties. Assists Director of Maintenance with turnovers and work orders as directed. Person
will be working outside for most of their time.Duties & Responsibilities:Common Area Appearance:Removing trash/debris
from exterior common areas and parking lots; sweeping of sidewalks and curbsEmptying of pet waste stations, where
applicableSweeping/blowing leaves out of walkways, from behind A/C condensers, etc.Removing snow by using snowblower and
