Essential Job Duties: Maintaining the daily schedule for both service techs and installation teams Answering incoming
calls Booking jobs for service department Communicating with customers daily for follow ups, tech arrival updates,
scheduling, and more Fast-paced environment with strong teamwork environment High typing and multitasking skills
required Requirements & Qualifications: ~1-3 years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching
or project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience ~ Proactive & accountable Self-motivated,
fast learner and highly organized multi-tasker with attention to detail ~ Excellent communication and customer service
