About the Role

Job Title: Telecom Technician Lead Day shift, Mon-Friday This role leads a small team of telecom techs to install,

maintain, and repair low-voltage telecommunications systems across the greater Salt Lake City area, including travel

north and south within Utah. The Telecom Technician Lead works hands-on in the field pulling cable, using hand and power

tools, building and terminating structured cabling systems, and ensuring work meets quality and safety standards. In

addition to technical duties, this position provides daily direction, feedback, scheduling, and on-site coordination for

an entry-level field crew, helping to develop team members and support long-term telecom projects. Lead and manage a
