SYNDICATE CNC OPERATOR

The CNC operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating CNC machinery to produce precision parts that meet

strict quality standards. This role ensures compliance with company standards, policies, safety guidelines, and Lean

Manufacturing principles while minimizing variation in production. Operators are expected to monitor and maintain

equipment, validate quality through metrology, and keep accurate documentation to support continuous improvement.
