Job Description Job Description BASIC FUNCTION/PURPOSE OF POSITION: Maintain facilities in accordance with standards and

procedures of the Buildings and Grounds Department. Perform duties of providing safe, orderly learning environments for

students, staff, and the community with emphasis on improving student achievement. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES: A.

Supervise and operate the HVAC/Plumbing program. B. Supervises and responsible for all plumbing work performed by

service providers, Plumber, Plumber Apprentice, and HVAC Mechanic. C. Coordinate work schedules and activities with

support staff and building administrators. D. Conduct authorized financial transactions per procurement requirements. E.
