About the Role

Job Overview The Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight, coordination, and performance management of the CPC

driver/material team. This role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient transportation of sterile and contaminated

instruments, in alignment with DOT regulations, biohazard handling standards, and AAMI guidelines. The Supervisor will

lead quality improvement initiatives, support training, and optimize route productivity. Responsibilities Provide

day-to-day supervision and accountability for a team of full-time, part-time, and casual drivers. Monitor and enforce

compliance with DOT, OSHA, and biohazard transport regulations. Conduct regular audits of driver logs, temperature
