Substitute School Bus Driver

About the Role

Substitute Bus Driver Bennington Public Schools is seeking a substitute school bus driver. The position involves the

safe transportation of students and staff. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid NE

school bus driver's license, and experience in transportation or commercial driving. The driver must pass a medical

physical and be cooperative, flexible, and able to communicate effectively with staff, students, and the public. The bus

driver will report to the Transportation Director and is expected to obey all traffic laws, maintain discipline on the

bus, and keep the assigned time schedule. They must also check the vehicle for defects before each operation and notify
