About the Role
Position Title: Structural MIG Welder Wage: up to $28.00 per hour based on experience Shift: 1st Hours: 5:00am-3:30pm
(Mon-Thurs with overtime available Fri) QPS Employment Group has a great Structural MIG Welder position available at a
company in Jackson, WI. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire. Structural MIG Welder
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform MIG welding on heavy plate materials. Utilize .035 and .045
wire for structural welding applications. Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and job specifications. Ensure
welds meet size, strength, and quality requirements. Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
