About the Role
Street Team Associates are responsible for ensuring our vehicles (e-bikes and e-scooters) are
properly positioned, compliant, and available to riders. They serve as the on-street presence of
Bird ,maintaining operational standards, assisting with minor issues, and providing real-time
feedback to the Ops team via Slack
●Rebalance vehicles to maintain required coverage across priority areas
●Ensure vehicles are upright and ready for use.
