Steward Dishwasher
About the Role
We are looking for a Steward (Dishwasher) to join our culinary team at The Club at Spruce Peak. The Steward is
responsible for maintaining all silverware, glassware, dinnerware, pots, pans, etc., clean and appropriately stored
according to standards. Provides sincere service through actions that display self-confidence and courtesy to guests and
colleagues. Essential Functions Wash, stock and organize dishes and maintain overall cleanliness of the kitchen,
stewarding and surrounding areas to health department standards. Assist chefs and front‑of‑house managers in any
projects that need to be done. Maintain storerooms, walk‑ins, banquet kitchen, EDR, and any food and beverage areas
