About the Role

SR. MACHINE OPERATOR

The Sr. Machine Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of plastic manufacturing

equipment, including extrusion, laminate, and converting machinery. This role serves as a technical leader on the

production floor, ensuring machines are properly set up, operated, monitored, and adjusted to meet production targets,

quality standards, and safety requirements. The Sr. Machine Operator provides guidance to operators, troubleshoots

equipment issues, supports continuous improvement initiatives and helps maintain optimal production performance.
