Solar Operations & Maintenance Technician Team Lead

About the Role

This role leads a team of technicians to ensure the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of solar power systems

within a designated sub-region. The Solar O&M Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of preventative

and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, scheduling, dispatching, and reporting in the

Minnesota area. The O&M Team Lead reports to their respective Regional Manager. Supervise, mentor, and train O&M

technicians, fostering a strong safety culture and compliance with all regulations. Technical Expertise: Lead

troubleshooting efforts, inspections, and preventative maintenance on sub-region solar systems. Performance
