Small Parts Assembler

About the Role

Job Summary The Small Parts Fabricator operates and maintains workstations to assemble, fit, align, and adjust

fabricated parts, components, or units according to specifications by following established manufacturing procedures.

Uses hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing assembly line equipment to assemble units. Tests and calibrates

parts and mechanisms to ensure all components meet tolerances, product specifications, and quality standards. May repair

or refit parts or units that fail tests or tolerance levels. The Small Parts Fabricator works under the close direction

of senior personnel in the functional area and possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.
