About the Role

Job Overview Quality Tool is looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to set‐up and operate a variety of VMC's, HMC's,

and lathes. This is a full‐time, skilled position located in Brookings, SD. Responsibilities Set up, adjust and operate

machine tools including Haas, Makino, Miyano, Nakamura, and others, determining speeds & feeds and aligning and securing

holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments & accessories. Sequence automatic machine operations and define setup

requirements, select cutting tools, and program proper feeds and speeds to successfully machine parts. Identify optimal

manufacturing processes based on part configuration and batch size. Inspect work, making necessary notations on work
