About the Role

Skid Loader Operator The Skid Loader Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a skid steer to

support asphalt paving, grading, milling, and site preparation activities. This role plays a key part in maintaining

production flow, site cleanliness, and quality work across paving and maintenance projects. Operate skid steer (skid

loader) to support asphalt paving operations, including material handling, grading, and cleanup Assist with site

preparation, including fine grading, backfilling, and debris removal Load and transport materials such as gravel,

millings, asphalt, and soil Support paving crews by maintaining clean edges, transitions, and work areas Perform broom
