About the Role

Loader Operator Come join this amazing Employee-Owned Construction Company! The Loader Operator is responsible for

operating equipment in a safe and effective manner on job sites to transport concrete pipe, safely. Key Duties: Ability

to enter and exit heavy machinery while maintaining three points of contact, awareness of surroundings, and multi-limb

coordination. Ability to operate a wheel loader safely around a pipe crew. Daily maintenance of equipment to ensure

proper and safe operation. Ability to work as part of a team and follow the Foreman's instructions to ensure schedules

are met. Flexibility with schedule changes, location changes, and time of shift changes. Ability to follow traffic
