About the Role
Compensation & Bonus Hourly base pay $18.17 – $27.31/hour. The rate may vary based on location and candidate
qualifications. Additional compensation may include commission, incentive programs, and a $5,000 New Hire Bonus paid 50%
after 30 days and 50% after 180 days. Job Summary Cox Fleet is hiring a Shop Trailer Mechanic I. This is a dedicated
on‐site shop position; emergency roadside repairs are not performed. The role includes DOT inspections, preventative
maintenance, light repairs, and tasks such as aluminum & chem‐lite, trailer brakes, air lines, auxiliary pumps and
engines, liftgates, brake chambers, and trailer steering systems. Advanced repairs are performed under the supervision
