About the Role

Shop Welder The Shop Welder is responsible for performing a full range of journeyman-level structural welding and

fabrication work on a variety of equipment and components. This role applies expertise in welding various metals,

selecting appropriate electrodes and welding processes, and ensuring all work meets applicable quality control standards

and job specifications. The Shop Welder estimates labor and material requirements for both internal and external

customers and completes fabrication and repair projects with a high level of accuracy and craftsmanship.
