About the Role
SHIPYARD RIGGER/OUTSIDE MACHINIST Thames Shipyard and Repair is looking for a reliable, hard working shipyard
rigger/outside machinist to work at one of the largest commercial ship repair facilities between New York and Boston.
Willing to train the right person. Medical and Dental benefits available, 2 weeks vacation, 401K, FULL TIME position.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-4:00pm Saturday 6:30am-12:00pm Overtime available Monday-Saturday Double time
available Sunday Responsibilities: Removing Shafts, Rudders and Bearings Working from scissor and boom lifts Working in
confined spaces with limited access through eighteen inch hatch Climbing ladders Heavy lifting Requirements
