About the Role
Process and ship ophthalmic products to customers by scanning inventory, preparing invoices, packaging items, and
coordinating shipments through various carriers. This role is critical to ensuring customers receive their vision
correction products accurately and on time, directly impacting patient care and customer satisfaction. Scan trays from
Final Inspection to update system status Print and distribute billing invoices by tray number Sort packaged items into
designated customer bins Maintain shipping records and coordinate multiple carrier services Able to read and write in
English, basic proficiency No experience necessary High School Diploma or equivalent Stand for extended periods
