About the Role
Shipping Clerk The Shipping Clerk is responsible for preparing, organizing, and shipping outgoing orders accurately and
on time. This role ensures products are properly packaged, labeled, documented, and delivered according to company
standards and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Prepare and package outgoing shipments Verify orders for
accuracy (items, quantities, and condition) Print and attach shipping labels and documentation Schedule pickups with
carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.) Load and unload shipments safely Track and record shipment details Maintain
shipping logs and inventory records Inspect outgoing materials for damage Follow safety and company procedures
