About the Role

Job Requirements Aluminum Welding Shop Welder Level 3 Has nominal aluminum welding experience or passed the AIDT welding

course. Can perform simple welding task that has little to no quality requirements. Has the aptitude and desire to learn

the welding process directed by Silver Ships Inc. Welder Level 2 Every skill set from Welder Level 3 Has the ability to

weld to a certain standard instructed by his/her supervisor based on the projects welding requirements. Has minimum weld

deficiencies that require rework. Has the ability to repair any weld deficiencies in a timely matter. Complies to the

companies welding, safety, and quality standards. Welder level 1 Every skill set from Welder Level 2 Proficient in Pulse
