Shift Production Welder

About the Role

Welds on various materials in required positions using multiple welding processes—including, but not limited to: GTAW,

SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, and SAW—to fabricate piping as designed. (Note: pipe work comprises a small percentage of daily tasks;

other welding assignments will be expected as needed.) Performs work associated with installation, calibration, and

operation of different types of production machines, depending on company specialization or materials used. Tests and

inspects machines to determine safe and efficient operation, performs routine maintenance, and fixes standard

malfunctions. Reads and interprets blueprints, engineering specifications, and shop orders to determine machine setup,
