About the Role

Production Worker Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time, 12-Hour Rotating Shifts After an initial onboarding period, new

hires immediately begin training to certify for higher jobs and higher pay in a line of progression. Each job entails

working on a team that runs a process by operating equipment systems, monitoring details, troubleshooting and adjusting

to ensure performance of the process. You will be responsible for conducting tests and inspections to evaluate the

quality of products, making sure the procedures are followed properly and assessing the reliability of the running

systems and machines. The job will require critical thinking skills for technical & mechanical decisions. Climbing,
