About the Role

Description Overview: The Warehouse Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders

in a refrigerated meat processing and distribution facility. This role ensures products are picked, handled, and staged

safely while maintaining strict food safety, quality, and accuracy standards. The Picker uses RF scanning technology to

select products, builds stable pallets for shipment, and transports orders safely throughout the warehouse. This

position requires working in a cold environment, lifting heavy product cases, and maintaining a fast and accurate work

pace to support daily shipping operations. Key Responsibilities: Select customer orders using RF scanner or pick system
