About the Role

Job Title Essential Functions for the Position: Under the direct supervision of the section leadman, safely participate

in the inspection, maintenance, diagnosis and repair of heavy duty electrical/electronic systems and components

typically found on transit buses, including but not limited to cranking and charging systems, electronic destination

signs and fare boxes, wheelchair lift systems, computerized engine and transmission controls, entrance and exit door

systems, etc. Accurately troubleshoots and diagnoses all electrical and electronic systems on heavy-duty vehicles and

buses. Repairs electric wheelchair lift-equipment, respective to division assignment. Repairs electrical and electronic
