Security Guard Lead As a Security Guard Lead, you will lead a team of employees, ensure best safety practices, motivate
team members, assess performance, and assist management. Responsibilities Motivate and coach direct reports on day to
day tasks Able to own incident reports and instruct others on its workflow Analyze and assess Firewall policy and rule
base sets Oversee completion of day-to-day checklist including log review, vulnerability management activities,
management report scheduling and running, alert analysis, filter modifications, and escalation follow up activity status
Provide point of escalation for security Monitoring Analysts Maintain and enforce adherence to Corporate Security
