About the Role

Shift Lead - CDL A Test Driver TPG is seeking a motivated, dependable and safe Shift Lead to support the driving team,

facilitate vehicle testing, test vehicles and their systems for a manufacturer and marketer of medium and heavy trucks

in Las Vegas, NV. Shift Lead Primary Responsibilities Assist with employee training to include work orders, driver

feedback, vehicle preparation, safety checking, safe driving practices, trailers and test plans. Conduct driver audits

and provide coaching to drivers when needed. Familiar with customer routes and able to train others on work order

software. Maintain exemplary log keeping and driving record with minimal electronic logging devices (ELD) violations.
