Lead Fabricator (Working Lead) Richburg, SC Full-Time Are you an experienced welder and fabricator ready to take the

next step in your career? We're looking for a hands-on Lead Fabricator to support daily shop operations, guide team

members, and help ensure quality fabrication work is completed safely and on schedule. Perform hands-on fabrication,

welding, and modification of metal forms and components Coordinate daily work assignments for fabrication team members

Review shop drawings and blueprints for accuracy before production Ensure work meets quality standards, specifications,

and production timelines Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and help identify solutions Support training and
