Hourly + Commission Maintaining a friendly and professional relationship with customers as the first point of contact

for Service. Perform and document walk-around inspections of customer motorcycles during service intake. Effectively

communicate with customers about inspection results and recommending corrective procedures. Managing customer complaints

and concerns to find a resolution quickly and effectively. Working closely with the Service team as well as Parts and
