Service Technician / Heavy Duty Mechanic

About the Role

Position Summary The Service Technician / Mechanic is responsible for system and component installations, repairs,

troubleshooting, maintenance, and retrofits to customers' equipment or machinery. In this position, you will serve our

customers directly on location or in the shop. They will work with our Internal Service Dispatchers and Coordinators to

give the customers the best experience possible. It is important that this person has the ability to learn and retain

product specific information as it pertains to this position. As SWS is a refuse company, the candidate must be prepared

to work on refuse equipment, including stationary equipment like balers and compactors and mobile equipment such as
