About the Role
Automotive Dealership Professional We are seeking an experienced automotive dealership professional with a strong
background in Parts and Service operations. This position requires prior GM or dealership experience. Candidates without
relevant dealership experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities: Maintain dealership service and parts
records with strong bookkeeping skills. Look up and verify VIN information such as (Recalls, TSB's, Special coverage)
Accurately add and manage technician labor times. Research and process warranty claims, operations, and TSBs (Technical
Service Bulletins) in advance. Coordinate and channel work efficiently through the service shop. Maximize technician
