About the Role

PORTER/CONCIERGE POSITION The Porter/Concierge will be responsible, under the direction of the Super, for the

maintenance and protection and privacy of the building and its occupants. RESPONSIBILITIES: Porter Duties Cleaning of

common areas and vacant apartments Collecting and sorting trash Responsible for the upkeep of building exteriors and

amenities Ensure property looks neat and presentable Minor handy work may include changing light bulbs, replacing blinds

and small paint touch-up jobs. Concierge duties: Greet residents and visitors Responsible for

identification/verification of all visitors and residents Provide security services such as monitoring the premises,
