Position Title Service & Repair Mechanic (HVAC-R), Residential Maintenance Services Position Summary We are hiring a

full‐time Service & Repair Mechanic (HVAC‐R) within Residential Maintenance Services. In this role you will ensure that

HVAC equipment is installed correctly, properly maintained, and repaired as needed across UB's North and South campuses.

You will work with a team of dynamic individuals in a residential setting that serves up to 7,500 students.

Responsibilities Supervise and train designated staff as applicable. Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and replace
