MEMBER DUTIES

Help independent living residents at St. John's United improve community connections so they can lead healthy and

productive lives! The overall goal of this project is to develop a Resource Directory and accessible network of

supportive services for low-income older adults who reside at or receive services from St. John’s United. The VISTA

will: complete a Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) survey of residents of St. John’s low income housing project,
