Seasonal Chef De Partie Join the Discovery family, where quality and service are at the heart of everything we do! This
role will be located in Discovery Land Company's Hamptons locations: Dune Deck Beach Club, set in Westhampton Beach, New
York and The Hills in East Quogue, New York. Dune Deck Beach Club and The Hills are seeking a seasonal Chef De Partie to
join the Culinary Department. This role is available April 20 – October 7, 2026. In this role, you will be part of
creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees. Key Responsibilities Able to
organize and lead a section of cooks. The Chef De Partie assigns in detail, specific duties to all employees under his
