About the Role

Skilled Carpentry Work Skilled carpentry work in the supervision of journeymen in the construction, alteration, and

repair of wooden structures, forms, and equipment used in general construction work; Permanent or probationary status

and one (1) year of full-time experience in the classification of Carpenter with the City of New Orleans. OR: Five (5)

years of full-time experience in the trade of carpentry at the journeyman level. A rating of training and experience,

weighted 100%. Credit will only be given for related experience gained within the last ten (10) years for the purpose of

the rating of training and experience, however, all related previous experience will be considered for qualification
