Senior Automotive Maintenance Mechanic
About the Role
This is a skilled trade's work position responsible for efficient and workmanlike performance of mechanical repairs and
maintenance on a variety of light automotive equipment. General instructions are received regarding what work is to be
done, permitting the employee discretion in planning the technical details of the projects. Detailed instructions are
received for new or difficult assignments. This employee assists less experienced mechanics with complex assignments.
Work is reviewed by the supervisor. Related work is performed as required. City Residency Preferred but not required
