Correctional Security Guard - Donaldson This is a non-contact security position for the Alabama Department of

Corrections (ADOC) at Donaldson Correctional Facility located in Bessemer, Alabama. Salary Information $33,066.80 -

$55,375.20 Annually $17.55 - $19.36 hourly *Starting salary upon initial appointment to the merit system may be based on

various factors (e.g., education, experience) Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week ~12-hour shift ~ Morning and evening

shifts. Shifts are not guaranteed and are based on seniority ~ Overtime opportunities ~ Rotating weekends General
