About the Role

The principal function of an employee in this class is to perform a wide range of tasks ranging from general labor

activities to highly skilled tasks relating to the upkeep of park and recreation facilities as well as public buildings

and open space. Employee reports directly to the Park Building and Grounds Supervisor. Work is performed in public

buildings and an outdoor environment that may expose the employee to adverse weather conditions, hazardous chemicals,

excessive noise, or potential personal danger. Duties may require some evening, weekend, holiday and/or on-call work.

The City is currently seeking to fill two seasonal positions with an anticipated term of five (5) months. EXAMPLES OF
