Seasonal Groundskeeper

About the Role

Job Information Part‐time job, seasonal (fixed term). Compensation is $12.00 per hour. Basic Purpose Working with

Property and Maintenance Managers, positions in this job family are responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces including

lawns, gardens, and recreation areas. Responsibilities Cuts grass, weeds, trees and brush. Operates and maintains

equipment like lawn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, and trimmers. Plants flowers, shrubs, and trees. Maintains current

landscaping including applying mulch, and pruning or deadheading bushes and shrubs. Removes trash, debris, and snow from

common areas. Checks permanent recreation equipment for safety concerns. Other duties as assigned. Minimum
